Standard fan nozzles are divided into:
Low flow rate 1/8"-1/4" NPT or BSPT (M)
Medium flow 1/8"-3/4" NPT or BSPT (M)
Large flow 1"-2" NPT or BSPT (M)
Design Features
The characteristics of H/U series nozzles are liquid column flow or fan spray which can generate high impact force, and the spray angle is 0°-110°.
The spray produced by this nozzle is evenly distributed and the droplet size is small to medium. When several nozzles are required to produce overlapping sprays, the characteristic tapered spray edge makes the spray coverage area evenly distributed.
H-VV and H-VVL series universal fan nozzles have a flow rate of less than 3.9 liters/min at a pressure of 3 bar, and have external pipe threaded joints. Replace the VV with DT in the order number to provide internal pipe threaded joints. H-VVL indicates that a filter will be installed in the nozzle (there is no filter when the inner pipe threaded joint).
The H-U and U series universal fan nozzles have a rated flow rate of 3.9 liters/minute or more at a pressure of 3 bar and have external pipe thread joints. In ordering number, replace DU with U to provide 1/8-inch and 1/4-inch H-U series nozzles with internally threaded pipe joints.
